James Gleeson is a seasoned real estate investor, author, and mentor who began his journey at just 21 years old with the purchase of his first rental property. Over the next six years, he strategically built an impressive portfolio valued at over $55 million, consisting of more than 400 rental units—all without relying on syndications. Along the way, James paid off $2,000,000 in mortgages and became a recognized expert in value-add multifamily real estate.
Beyond his personal success, James has completed numerous profitable fix-and-flip projects and mentored over 30 students. Under his guidance, these students have collectively closed more than $30 million in real estate deals and acquired over 150 rental units.
